Fractional 1540 Laser

Fractional non-ablative laser for skin resurfacing and treatment is a revolutionary laser treatment that helps reduce many of those unwanted fine lines and wrinkles. This is a very effective treatment if you have unsightly:  surgical scars, acne scars, stretch marks, and melasma.

This technology treats a small “fraction” of the skin, leaving intact, the undamaged skin around each treated area to act as a reservoir for rapid healing.  Most patients experience minimal downtime, with some mild redness and swelling for a couple of days. Since these treatments are fractionated and less invasive, generally 3 – 5 sessions are recommended for full results. The fractional 1540 laser delivers heat to the deeper layers of the skin. This initiates the body’s natural healing process to promote new collagen and elastin production. This new collagen and elastin help to improve the skin tone and texture, while also helping to re-volumize the skin.

BOTOX® COSMETIC

BOTOX® Cosmetic injections are a diluted form of a purified protein obtained from botulism to reduce the activity or weaken the muscles that form wrinkles & can be administered in any area of concern to lessen the appearance of wrinkles associated with the movement.  The most common area treated include the bunny lines over the bridge of the nose, frown lines, around the eyes (crow’s feet), fine lines in the forehead, smile lines, lines from excessive lip puckering and prominent neck folds. Botox is also used for other medical purposes including treatment of headaches and sweating of the palms, underarms, etc…

The treatment takes three to eight days to take full effect which sometimes can be hastened by contracting the facial muscles. The results usually last from 3 to 5 months. Often, repeated treatments can lead to longer results. Our physicians are BOTOX®  certified and experienced in the art of BOTOX®.  We pride ourselves on personalizing our Botox treatments to your individual needs.

XEOMIN®

Lines form when facial expressions are made as the muscle under the skin contracts. Over time, as your skin ages, these repeated expressions cause lasting lines. Neurotoxins, such as XEOMIN®  are prescription medications that block the release of chemicals that cause these muscle contractions so lines are softened. During treatment, your doctor will inject XEOMIN® into the muscles that are causing the lines. No anesthesia is required; however, your physician may use a topical anesthetic or cold pack to reduce any discomfort.

You may begin to see visible smoothing as early as 3-4 days after injection. The median first onset of effect was less than a week. The maximum effect occurred at 30 days. The typical duration of effect was up to 3 months in clinical trials but may last significantly longer or shorter in individual patients.

Cosmetic Dermal Fillers

Cosmetic fillers work exceptionally well on enhancing lips, wrinkles around the mouth; worry lines in the forehead; crows feet around the eyes and depressed facial or acne scars.  We use advanced and newest generation of fillers with great tolerance profiles.

Juvederm®, Radiesse®, and Belotero® are a smooth consistency gel made of hyaluronate- a naturally occurring substance in your skin that helps to add volume and hydration.  These Fillers provide a smooth, natural look and feel to your lips, fine lines in your forehead and around the mouth.

Juvederm®, Radiesse®, and Belotero® are injected into the skin in small amounts using a very fine needle. The gel provides hydration and structure and gives natural volume to smooth away the appearance of lines, enhance facial shape, or create fuller lips. The treatment is very quick and often takes less than 30 minutes; benefits can normally be seen instantly and do not affect facial expression.
